Welcome to Month by Month:

This blog is my own little version of organization central. We touch on just about every aspect of home, family, and holiday organization here. It is my hope that by blogging my experiences, I can grow as an individual and perhaps inspire others to try new things and think about everyday life a little differently. So please join us in organizing for life every month of the year!

White Castle Cheeseburger Dip

2 lbs of hamburger browned (I add a chopped onion to it, because we like a lots of onion but if you don't.... omit it)
1 can of golden cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
3 lbs of Velvetta cheese (1 and a half boxes)
salt and pepper

Brown the hamburger in a skillet and add chopped onion if desired. Add salt and pepper. Put mixture in a crock pot and stir in mushroom soup and dry soup mix. Cut the cheese into smaller chunks and add it to the mixture. Stir this, cover, and set on low for several hours until cheese is melted and the mixture is warm throughout.

You can serve this on nacho chips but we have also had it on small dollar roll sized buns. Very tasty!!!

I just made the dip. It's in the crock pot now. I haven't tasted the finished product, but I did lick the spoon clean I used to mix it. It tastes phenomenal!

I have made this many many times and it is delicious and it's always a hit! I use regular cream of mushroom and it is very good. Not sure what the difference is- because I've never used the golden. Thank you for posting this as I just got a call from my mother-in-law that wanted it for a friend and mine is buried somewhere!!!
