Apricot Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam
2 teaspoons brown mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Orange Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup orange marmalade,
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
