- Consider working on creating a "day off" whether it is a Sunday or some other day of the week...let your "day off" be a reward for sticking to the plan the rest of the week...
- Congratulate yourself on something you did this week...did you do 30 minute Thursday...way to go....it's a step forward...or did you manage 15 minute Friday...hey its the little things that start to add up...Done consistently over time...you will start to see a difference.
- Work toward DOING.....not just PLANNING....all the forms and notebooks in the world will not actually get the work done...it's YOU that will do that....so everyday take a step away from the "perfect plan" and DO something!
