Okay here's one of those light and fruity summery recipes I have been promising. It is a drink recipe that is perfect for a late breakfast, brunch, or even just an afternoon pick me up!
1 can frozen OJ (thawed)
2 cups cranberry jouice
1/2 cup sugar
1 liter club soda
In a large pitcher combined the juices and sugar. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Just before serving stir in the soda. Serve over crushed ice!! Yields 6 cups
