Chinese New Years Eve


The Chinese New Year's Eve is Feb. 7th this year, with the first day of the New Year being the 8th. The celebration of the New Year lasts for two weeks with the final day: the Festival of the Lanterns. I'll pop back in tomorrow and post the recipe for Chinese Meatballs. I'm sure these are not a traditional recipe but they sure are yummy on a bed of rice.
