Welcome to Month by Month:

This blog is my own little version of organization central. We touch on just about every aspect of home, family, and holiday organization here. It is my hope that by blogging my experiences, I can grow as an individual and perhaps inspire others to try new things and think about everyday life a little differently. So please join us in organizing for life every month of the year!

Steak San Morco

2 lbs stewing meat (cubed)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
29 oz. can peeled or crushed tomatoes
1 tsp dries oregano
garlic powder to taste
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar

Layer meat evenly in bottom of crock pot.
Combine soup mix, tomatoes, spices, oil, and vinegar in a bowl. Blend and pour over meat.
Cover cook on High 6 hours or Low 8-10 hours.

This is another crockpot keeper. The flavor is yummy. I like to serve this over a bed of rice or noodles with a salad and some rolls.
