Welcome to Month by Month:

This blog is my own little version of organization central. We touch on just about every aspect of home, family, and holiday organization here. It is my hope that by blogging my experiences, I can grow as an individual and perhaps inspire others to try new things and think about everyday life a little differently. So please join us in organizing for life every month of the year!

Won Ton Wrappers

I have another yummy recipe for the Chinese New Year. You know it's celebrated for 15 days so plenty of time to try some fun foods. This is a great recipe for an appetizer for a party. We have even used them for a main dish for dinner with a salad on the side. Hold on.....I'll be back to post the recipe ...don't you just hate it when life interfers with your blogging.

So here's the recipe and I am telling you it is GOOD....

Wonton Wrappers

1 (16oz) package of wonton wrappers
1 lb sausage
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped black olives (drained)
1 cup Ranch style salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a minature muffin tin with cooking spray.
Insert wonton wrappers into the muffin tin so as to form small cups. Bake these for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow them to cool and then remove from pan.

In a medium bowl mix the sausage (cooked & drained), both cheeses, black olives, and Ranch dressing. Filled the baked wrappers with the mixture.

Bake the filled wrappers 10-15 minutes until the mixture is bubbly and slightly brown. Watch closely so the wrappers do not burn.
