Welcome to Month by Month:

This blog is my own little version of organization central. We touch on just about every aspect of home, family, and holiday organization here. It is my hope that by blogging my experiences, I can grow as an individual and perhaps inspire others to try new things and think about everyday life a little differently. So please join us in organizing for life every month of the year!

Key Lime Pie

8 oz container of cool whip-thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Sweetened Lime juice to taste (in the non alcoholic mixed drink section of the store)
green food coloring

Mix all together with a mixer-misture will get stiff

Drop by spoonfuls into premade frozen filo tartlet shells. Or put into a large ziplock bag, cut off tip and pipe into shells. Tartlet shells are usually in the freezer section near the cool whip and filo dough.

Put in the fridge or freezer depending on how you want them served. They are good frozen or not.

***Last year this was a fun recipe for St. Patrick's Day and you can call them Leprechaun Pies in celebration of the holiday!!!
