Welcome to Month by Month:

This blog is my own little version of organization central. We touch on just about every aspect of home, family, and holiday organization here. It is my hope that by blogging my experiences, I can grow as an individual and perhaps inspire others to try new things and think about everyday life a little differently. So please join us in organizing for life every month of the year!

Hamburger and Rice (Ginger Style)

Okay Christmas3 over at MHH asked about some of the recipes on the July menu...so it is just easier to post them here and share them with everyone...take what you like...leave the rest...LOL...this one is actually a hamburger take on my Chicken Fried Rice recipe...we like it ...maybe your family will too.

1 lb hambuger
1 small onion chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 cups water
3 cups minute rice
2 cups of frozen peas and carrots (you can use other mixed vegs if you want)

Brown the hamburger and onions in a larger skillet. and three cups of water, soy sauce, and two bouillon cubes, and frozen vegs. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat to low, add three cups of minute rice, cover and cook five minutes. This is very tasty but you might play around with the bouillon cubes and soy sauce to get it to suit your family's taste. Also I have used different frozen vegs at times and it has worked out well. You can add more soy sauce to individual servings if desired.

Hope you enjoy it!!!
