Well this is not a fall salad but it's good. Maybe you have lots of tomatoes left and could whip this up as a side dish. I like the idea that each serving is only about 88 calories!
2 medium red tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 medium yellow tomatoes, cut into wedges
3/4 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Makes four servings
